  This small shop is a gem! I went there asking about a zipper repair, and got into a great conversation and mini tour with the owner. He is young, which surprised me, and said his family has been doing shoe repair for three generations. His work is obviously well-thought-of, because he had tons of packages ready for pickup, and as I stood and chatted with him, a steady stream of people came in. I am definitely going to use his expertise with all our shoe repair and luggage repairs going forward.
